1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Ardent InfraCo website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services
Ardent InfraCo provides wholesale optical fibre internet services. All services are subject to a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and relevant service schedules.
3. Wholesale Access
To obtain carriage services at a wholesale level, you must sign an MSA and any subsequent service schedules. A credit check may be required prior to service commencement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ardent InfraCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
