What services does Ardent InfraCo provide?
Ardent InfraCo provides dark fibre, Ethernet, wavelength, and PON (G-PON or XGS-PON) services via L3 AVC Delivery to businesses, government organisations, carriers, and developers.
Do I need to sign an MSA for wholesale services?
Yes. To obtain carriage services at a wholesale level, you must sign a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and any subsequent service schedules. You may also be subject to a credit check.
What are the residential wholesale pricing tiers?
50/50Mbps = $44.25 EX GST · 100/100Mbps = $59.25 EX GST · 250/250Mbps = $74.25 EX GST · 500/500Mbps = $81.75 EX GST · 1000/1000Mbps = $111.75 EX GST. Prices subject to 30 days change notice.
What are your service restoration times?
Commercial (SMB/SME): full SLA, typical restoration under 4 hours. Residential: best-efforts, fault acknowledged within 4 hours of notification.
As a developer, how quickly can services be delivered?
We typically have an ONU pre-installed ready for activations, aiming to have services operational within 30 days of settlement, subject to no civil works being required.
