Service Charges

- Router / ONU Replacement: $90 EX GST (subject to manufacturing fault)
- Setup Fees
0-12 Month Terms is PoA
24-36 Month Terms is PoA - On-Net sites do not attract a setup fee unless hardware is required, price negotiated on terms
- Off-Net and Near-Net sites are typically PoA

What are my service charges?
Non-Network Faults: $70 EX GST first 30 min ยท $50 EX GST per 30 min block. Network Faults: No charge unless caused by end user. Router/ONU Replacement: $90 EX GST.
Do I need to sign an MSA?
Yes. To obtain carriage services at a wholesale level you must sign an MSA and any subsequent service schedules. A credit check may also be required.
What are the new development delivery times?
We typically have an ONU pre-installed ready for activations. We aim to have services restored within 30 days of settlement, subject to no civil or re-hauling works being required.
What are the service restoration times?
Commercial (SMB/SME): Full SLA, typical restoration under 4 hours. Residential: Best-efforts, fault acknowledged within 4 hours of notification.
Does Ardent InfraCo supply routers?
You may supply your own routers provided they have a WAN port and support symmetrical speed tiers. We do not provide asymmetric network delivery.

- Ardent InfraCo can do Bulk order for MDU projects pricing is PoA for any Commercial or Residential MDUs
- RSP must choose the site for NNI connectivity at this stage NextDC B1 is the only option until further notice
- Business grade services are subject to our standard SLA as per the STC/Schedule
- Whilst Residential is provided on a best-efforts basis, Ardent InfraCo will always work to ensure that night time PIR (Peak Information Rate) usage is as close as possible to the subscribed service, and is subject to the fair usage policy as per the STC/Schedule
- If WiFibre Pty Ltd reduces its retail pricing, any existing services and any new services are re-aligned at a wholesale level to ensure margin assurances
- If WiFibre Pty Ltd provides any specials, and those specials place our RSP at a disadvantage, that special is provided to the RSP to allow them to match such special
